Enjoy the flavors of summer with grilled lobster tails, enhanced by a garlic-lemon butter that brings out the natural sweetness of the lobster.

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  4. Brush the exposed lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, flesh side down, and grill for about 5-6 minutes.
  6. Turn the tails over and brush with more butter. Grill for another 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the grill or in the oven.
