  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the salsa.
