Delicious grilled vegetable kabobs featuring bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Bell peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Red onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
