Delicious Ground Turkey Teriyaki Bowls that combine protein-rich turkey with colorful vegetables, all drizzled in a savory teriyaki sauce.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the pan. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Let the mixture bubble and coat the turkey.
  4. Next, add the diced bell pepper and broccoli florets. Stir and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 4–5 minutes.
  5. Serve the turkey mixture over cooked rice or quinoa, garnishing with sliced green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water to keep moist.
