A vibrant and creamy guacamole that’s perfect for gatherings, packed with fresh flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork to your desired consistency.
  3. Add lime juice, diced onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and salt and pepper.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Stir in chopped cilantro if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a condiment.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe avocados and serve fresh.
