Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 count Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it’s nice and hot when your sliders are ready to go in.
  2. Slice the slider rolls horizontally through the middle, but keep them attached at the back.
  3. Make the butter mixture by melting the butter and whisking in the Dijon mustard and honey until smooth.
  4. Prepare the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet and generously brush half of your butter mixture over them.
  5. Layer the deli ham and Swiss cheese evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Add the top half of the rolls back on top of the fillings.
  7. Brush the remaining butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Season the rolls with poppy seeds, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  9. Bake covered with foil for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Cool the sliders for a few minutes before slicing them apart and serve warm.
