Delightful hash brown cups filled with eggs, cheese, and customizable toppings for a perfect breakfast treat.

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (e.g., diced vegetables, cooked bacon, or herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin generously.
  3. Mix the hash browns with salt, pepper, and half of the cheese.
  4. Press the mixture into the muffin tin to create cup shapes.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. Pour egg mixture evenly into each hash brown cup.
  8. Top each cup with remaining cheese and desired toppings.
  9. Bake again for 15-20 minutes, until eggs are set.
  10. Cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.

Notes

For extra flavor, season hash browns with garlic powder or smoked paprika. Use a silicone muffin tray for easier removal.
