  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Start by crushing the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix it with the melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form your crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth.
  5. Add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  6. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped cream.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until it has firmed up.
  9. Cut it into square servings and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Make sure to drain the pineapple well to avoid a soggy dessert. This recipe can be made a day in advance.
