Delicious Hawaiian roll breakfast sliders filled with eggs, sausage, and cheese, perfect for gatherings or leisurely brunch patterns.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in the greased baking dish.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and shredded cheese across the egg mixture.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls onto the sliders.
  8. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Serve warm, sliced into individual sliders.

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored for up to three days in the refrigerator. They freeze well for up to three months.
