2 large eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
Combine black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), peanut butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Stir in dark chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
