Wholesome, fluffy egg bites packed with spinach, bell peppers, and cheese, perfect for a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar, feta, or your favorite)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, and cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into greased muffin tins, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tins.
