Ingredients

  • 1 cup nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (e.g., almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (e.g., cranberries or raisins)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (e.g., chia or sunflower seeds)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Create the sweet binder by combining honey and nut butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dried fruits until evenly distributed.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.

Notes
