  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon until golden brown.
  3. Toss in the diced zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
