A creamy and flavorful sauce perfect for dipping grilled meats, vegetables, or as a dressing for salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water (to thin, if desired)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Blend well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning by adding salt, pepper, or more sugar.
  5. Thin the sauce with water if it’s too thick.
  6. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. It can also be frozen for up to a month.
