Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (for frosting)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for frosting)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, egg whites, cinnamon, and sweetener until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden.
