  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 34 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the flour, cheddar cheese, butter, salt, paprika, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Create a mixture that resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add cold water gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick on a floured surface.
  6. Create fish shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.
  7. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the shapes on it.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
