Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all the ingredients and prepping your workspace.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, and water.
  3. Set the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil without stirring.
  4. Once the sugar mixture has reached boiling, carefully stir in the roasted peanuts and unsalted butter.
