Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Create the Glaze: In a bowl, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Take salmon fillets and coat them in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the Skillet: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the Salmon: Remove salmon from the marinade and place them in the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Drizzle the Marinade: Drizzle the remaining marinade over the fillets while they cook.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add dijon mustard to the marinade. Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for a nice sear.
