Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of pork ribs
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix the honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the pork ribs generously with the honey BBQ mixture.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 90 minutes to 2 hours, turning occasionally and basting with extra sauce.
  5. Check for tenderness by pulling at the meat with a fork.
  6. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Trim excess fat from the ribs and marinate overnight for better flavor. Maintain consistent grill temperature and allow resting time to enhance juiciness.
