Tender pork ribs coated in a sticky, sweet, and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Prepare the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Coat the ribs generously with the honey garlic mixture.
  5. Bake covered with foil for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  6. Broil for about 5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
  7. Serve hot with the remaining glaze for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the glaze overnight. Experiment with spices for variations.
