A comforting stir-fry featuring savory kielbasa and vibrant vegetables in a sticky honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. Toss in the sliced bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal. Best fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
