  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.
  2. Heat the Olive Oil: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the Kielbasa: Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. Add the Vegetables: Introduce the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Combine with the Honey Garlic Mixture: Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Season and Serve: Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
