Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Season the Pork Chops: Season your pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the Skillet: In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm the vegetable oil until it shimmers.
  4. Sear the Pork Chops: Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet and sear until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
