Tender pork ribs coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat the ribs in a baking dish with the honey garlic mixture.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally.
  7. Rest the ribs briefly and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the sauce for an hour or overnight. If they begin to dry out, add water to the baking dish.
