  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F, creating a warm and inviting environment perfect for roasting.
  2. Combine the broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, sliced carrots, red bell pepper, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and honey over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to add flavor.
  5. Toss everything until the vegetables are evenly coated.
