Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Cook the shrimp in the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Add the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Use wild-caught shrimp for best flavor. If you prefer a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer but be careful not to burn it.
