A comforting honey-glazed corn casserole that’s a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors, great for any family gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  2. Combine the corn kernels, sour cream, honey, melted butter, cornmeal, cheddar cheese, eggs, baking powder, and season with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
