Delightful cupcakes combining rich cream cheese with sweet honey and juicy peaches, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup peach puree
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and beat until combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in the peach puree, honey, and chopped peaches.
  8. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
