  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • (Optional) Cooked chicken seasoned with honey and pepper

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

  3. Gradually add the milk and heavy cream, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, creating a luscious cheese sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, bringing out the flavors of the cheeses.
