Tender chicken breasts coated in a sweet and spicy hot honey mixture, topped with creamy feta and baked to perfection.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the hot honey, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a large baking dish and coat them with the honey mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly covered.
  4. In another bowl, mix the crumbled feta, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  5. Spoon the feta mixture over each chicken breast, pressing lightly so it adheres to the surface.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juicy.
  7. Drizzle the remaining hot honey over the chicken before serving for an extra kick. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite side dishes.
