A creamy, dreamy dip that’s perfect for spreads and snacks, packed with flavors of lemon, garlic, and tahini.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. Combine ingredients in the food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  5. Serve and garnish.

Notes

For extra creaminess, peel the chickpeas before blending.
