A simple yet flavorful dish that elevates cabbage through roasting with aromatic spices like turmeric and cumin.

  • 1 medium cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the cabbage wedges in the spice mixture until well coated.
  4. Place the seasoned cabbage on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve hot.
