  • 1 package instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Create the creamy filling by mixing powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, then spoon it over the batter.
  5. Add the remaining cake batter on top of the filling, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Dust with cocoa powder if desired.
