A vibrant and flavorful pasta salad bursting with fresh ingredients and Mediterranean flair, perfect for gatherings and picnics.

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and let it cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, black olives, mozzarella, and chopped basil in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
