Deliciously cheesy jalapeño poppers wrapped in crispy bacon, perfect for gatherings or game-day snacks.

Ingredients

  • 12 Jalapeños
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, packing generously.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

Pairs well with ranch or sour cream mixed with lime. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
