A simple yet flavorful baked chicken breast recipe, infused with herbs and lemon for a perfect, juicy meal.

  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes
