  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced cooked bacon or sausage
  • 1 cup chopped spinach or other vegetables
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bacon or sausage, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
