Delicious Keto Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks that are low in carbs yet high in flavor. Perfect for a comforting treat without the guilt!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Melt the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Combine the almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture and the large egg to the dry ingredients and mix until uniform.
  5. Shape the dough on a piece of parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly, then cut into sticks.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
