Delicious and hearty roasted chicken thighs bathed in cheesy goodness and aromatic ranch seasoning.

  • 46 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1 cup ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs and sprinkle in the ranch seasoning, then massage the seasoning into the chicken.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cheese and sour cream.
  5. Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish skin side up and spread the cheese mixture over the tops.
  6. Slide the baking dish into the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden brown.
  7. Once baked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
