Delicious low-carb sausage balls made with seasoned sausage, cheddar cheese, and almond flour, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine in a large mixing bowl the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and the large egg into the dry mixture.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool the sausage balls on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
