  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (or your favorite low-carb veggies)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (for a crunchy topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the broccoli by rinsing and chopping it into small florets.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken and broccoli until everything is well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese for a crunchy topping.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  9. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
