  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix the dry blend into the creamed mixture until just combined.
  6. Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, nuts, shredded coconut, and dried fruit.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool on wire racks before enjoying.
