  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Mix
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 cup Grated Apples
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set it aside.
  3. Combine the Kodiak Cakes Mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Mix the unsweetened applesauce, grated apples, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and gently fold them together until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
  7. Pop the loaf pan into your preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  8. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the bread onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store leftover bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze slices for up to 3 months.
