A quick and flavorful Korean dish with savory ground beef, garlic, and sesame oil that evokes a sense of nostalgia and brings the taste of Korea to your dining table.

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in green onions and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes
