  • 15.25 ounces lemon cake mix
  • 20 ounces lemon pie filling
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and gently grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the prepared dish.
  3. Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the pie filling.
  4. Melt the butter and drizzle it evenly over the top of the cake mix.
  5. Pour the water around the edges of the pan.
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
  7. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
