  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the orzo and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
