A delicious blend of Peruvian and Chinese cuisine featuring steak, vibrant vegetables, and crispy fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crispy fries (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté the sliced sirloin steak until browned, about a few minutes.
  3. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Season with soy sauce, vinegar, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Final stir to coat steak and veggies evenly.
  6. Serve hot with crispy fries.

Notes

For variety, try adding zucchini or mushrooms. If you prefer a healthier option, substitute fries with quinoa or brown rice.
