  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
  • Bacon or turkey slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers, onions, and cream cheese to the eggs. Mix until combined.
