Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather the Ingredients
  2. Rinse and Prepare Black Beans
  3. Dice the Mango and Bell Pepper
  4. Finely Chop Red Onion
  5. Chop the Fresh Cilantro
  6. Combine Everything in a Bowl
  7. Drizzle with Lime Juice and Olive Oil
  8. Season to Taste
  9. Mix Gently
