A delightful salmon dish featuring a rich maple Dijon glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
